How long does my Ultra Cloak take to ship?
Each Ultra Cloak is made in California. Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for production before shipment. Tracking is sent as soon as your order is on the way.
How do I choose my size?
Ultra Cloaks are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit. Use our size guide to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes or want extra room for layering, size up.
What is an Ultra Cloak made from?
Every Ultra Cloak features our mink-soft exterior and plush sherpa lining, designed for serious warmth with an incredibly soft feel inside and out.
Can I return or exchange my Ultra Cloak?
Unworn, unused items with original tags may be returned or exchanged according to our return policy. Final-sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my Ultra Cloak?
For the longest life, wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or iron. Avoid high heat to protect the exterior finish and sherpa lining.
