How long does a hand-crafted cloak take?
Two weeks from order to dispatch. Every cloak is hand-crafted after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse losing its shape.
Which fit should I choose?
Regular sits at the mid-calf, Long drops past the knee, Petite shortens the hem and tightens the shoulder curve. If you are between two, our studio will read your measurements and advise.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags. Return shipping is covered inside the US and EU.
How do I care for wool melton?
Brush after wear, air rather than wash, and dry-clean once a season. Waxed cotton should be re-waxed every second winter.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 42 countries. Duties are calculated at checkout, so nothing arrives with an unexpected bill.
